The Wellfleet OysterFest is organized by Wellfleet SPAT (Shellfish Promotion and Tasting). Festival proceeds support the festival and SPAT’s educational mission, including a scholarship program.

We thank the many dedicated volunteers and Town officials who make the Wellfleet OysterFest possible. We are especially grateful to the Wellfleet DPW, Fire Department and Police Department for their hard work and cooperation.
