On behalf of Wellfleet S.P.A.T. (Shellfish Promotion & Tasting) we are pleased to invite you to apply for participation in the 9th Annual Wellfleet OysterFest taking place on Saturday, October 17th and Sunday, October 18th, 2009 from 10:00am to 5:00pm, rain or shine! 

Public safety issues and space limitations require that we limit the number of non profit booths this year so we will be adhering strictly to the application submission deadline of June 15, 2009.  At that time, the entire board will review the applications and hand select the non profit organizations that best fit our educational mission and efforts to support the community of Wellfleet.  We will notify applicants of the status of their application by July 15, 2009.  To find out more about our goals and objectives go to http://www.wellfleetoysterfest.org/aboutspat.php.

Please note that we will not accept special requests regarding booth location, but be assured we work hard every year to improve the festival layout and assure that the flow of traffic reaches to every corner of the festival area. 

The Wellfleet OysterFest is organized by Wellfleet S.P.A.T. (Shellfish Promotion and Tasting), a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization.  All proceeds from the event support the ‘Fest itself and benefit our grant and scholarship program.  The non-profit exhibitor fee is $75 for the two days.  Payment is not required until notification of acceptance into the ‘Fest.
