An entertainment --- and a wistful look at a season passed --- consisting of song, poetry and drama and of course celebrating the cult and culture of clams and oysters in all their aphoristic not to mention aphrodisiacal majesty. David Wright on piano headlines and the performance also includes a fully-staged production of "Late Night In August In The Wellfleet Woods," a short play by Dina Harris about the relative price of philandering, psychiatry and summer rentals. The entire performance runs just over one hour. Suggested ticket price $10. |

To learn more about oysters, clams and terroir (the french word for "taste of place"), join Wine Director Cat Silirie from Boston's No. 9 Park and B&G Oysters for a fun and educational "taste-the-terroir" seminar. Participants will sample 4 types of oysters and 2 types of clams from six different sections of Wellfleet Harbor. Silirie will guide a discussion to explore, and taste, the differences. Participation is limited to 50 people, so get there early. |
